Shipping, Returns and Exchanges Policy

2. Delivery method
•The goods are delivered by SF Express to the address on the customer’s order.
•After successfully placing the order and completing the payment, the system will generally ship the goods within 7 working days based on the delivery address and payment time you filled in. Delivery time is calculated based on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
**The actual delivery situation depends on the inventory of the goods, please pay attention to the email notification
•Customers must fill in a valid mobile phone number when placing an order so that they can receive a pickup notification SMS or phone call to help them pick up the item smoothly.
•During order confirmation, after selecting the relevant delivery service, the system will prompt you with the available delivery methods and related delivery charges.
•If the address you choose is different from the actual delivery address, resulting in delivery being affected and the goods being returned, we will not be able to refund the shipping fee in this case, but it will not affect the refund of your purchased order.
•The delivery staff only provides delivery service. If you have any questions about the product you received, please contact the customer service staff directly. The delivery staff cannot process returns or exchanges for you.

*We provide SF Express delivery service, and the delivery range is currently limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories or outlying islands. Free shipping for purchases of HK$400 or above. Orders less than HK$400 will be charged HK$50 for delivery.  

Designated areas include Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung District, Lantau Island, Airport, AsiaWorld-Expo, Disneyland, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Ping Chau. Free shipping for purchases of HK$400 or above.

3. Return arrangements
Return conditions:
• The delivered goods do not match the goods listed in the order
• The product is damaged, defective or of poor quality

Note:
•After receiving the goods, please check whether the goods are complete and keep the receipt or order email for record. If you find any problems, you can return the goods within 7 days after signing for them. We will not accept returns after the deadline.
•All goods must be returned in the original condition in which they were sold, i.e. packaging and card tags. No refund will be given if the item has been damaged, altered or destroyed.

Returns Process:
Please take a picture of the defective part of the product and send it to our customer service department (www.mistpurehome.com) together with the order number and product number to apply for a return. Please specify "Mist Pure Home" in the subject line of the email to ensure the return. The process went smoothly. Once we confirm that the return conditions are met, you will receive a reply confirmation email before you can return the product. The return method will be detailed in the confirmation email. Please use the original packaging or prepare a separate full bag to properly package the returned goods, delivery note or order. After the goods are successfully returned, we will arrange a refund in the system, and your payment will generally be returned to your payment account within 14 working days.

4. Notes:
•When customers receive the goods, please check whether the goods are complete. If any problem is found, customers can return the goods within 7 days after signing for them, otherwise they will not be accepted.
•All items must be returned in the original condition in which they were sold, i.e. packaging and card tags. No refund will be given if the item has been damaged, altered or destroyed.

5. Privacy Policy
• Reckitt Benckiser will not collect any personally identifiable information about you (such as your name, address, telephone number or email address) unless you voluntarily provide it to us.
•When you provide us with personally identifiable information, we may ask you whether you would like to receive future communications from us, such as newsletters, emails, or other information. If you do not want to receive information from us, you can choose not to receive such information. At any time after you agree to receive it, you can also choose to unsubscribe in your personal information in my account after logging in to your member.
•If you do not want your personally identifiable information to be collected, please do not provide it to us. If you have already provided us with this information and wish to have it deleted from our records, please log in and go to your personal information in My Account to do so.
•In addition to providing you with the services or information you request, your personally identifiable information may also be used to help us track how you use our website and our products. We may also combine the information you provide with information we collect separately, including information you provide to other organizations (information that can be shared with consent) and publicly available information, and use that information to market benefits to you. •客戶必須於下單時填寫有效的手提電話號碼,以便接收取件通知短訊或電話通知,幫助順利取件。
•在訂單確認期間,選擇相關配送服務後,系統會提示你可供選擇的送貨方式及相關配送收費標準。
•如你選擇的地址與實際配送地址不同,導致配送受到影響且貨品遭退回,則這種情況下我們將無法退還運費,但不影響你購買的訂單退款。
•配送人員僅提供送件服務,若您對收到的產品有任何問題,請直接與客戶服務員聯絡。配送人員無法為您辦理退換貨。
*我們提供順豐網點配送服務,送貨範圍目前只限於香港、九龍、新界或離島地區。購物滿港幣 $400 元或以上可免運費。訂單少於港幣 $400則需支付港幣 $50 元運費。

3. 退貨安排
退貨條件:
•派送貨品與訂單所列明的貨品不相符
•貨品有損毀,瑕疵和品質問題

請顧客清楚拍下該件貨品有問題的地方,連同訂單編號及貨品編號,電郵至客戶服務部 (www.mistpurehome.com) 申請辦理退貨,並於電郵主旨列明「Mist Pure Home」以確保退貨流程順利。當我們確認符合退貨條件後,你會收到回覆確認電郵,方可進行退貨。退貨方式將詳細列明於確認電郵中。請使用原有的包裝或另外準備一個完整的袋子,妥善包裝退回的貨品、送貨單或訂單。於成功退回貨品後,我們會於系統安排退款,一般會在14個工作日內將你的貨款退回到你的付款帳戶。
